We offer an excellent Annual Service and Maintenance Contract that can include our 24 hour breakdown service so that we can be with you when we are needed the most. UKI can provide tailored contracts to suit your company’s requirements including emergency call outs.

Covering all makes & models including, KARDEX, MEGAMAT, LINPIC, EUROMAT, INTERTEX MODULAR, ELECTROCLASS, HANEL CAROUSELS AND LIFT/SHUTTLE SYSTEMS.
All of our services are available throughout the UK & Europe.

 24 Hour Breakdown - Breakdown Service

UKI Storage Solutions Ltd 24 Hour Breakdown Service is second to none - we guarantee to respond to any reported breakdown within an agreed response time of the initial call to any of our Service Contracted Customers.

Each individual breakdown call must be telephoned through to our offices and then confirmed via fax or email along with your purchase order, customer details and the Fault Detected.
Telephoning before faxing/emailing alerts us to the fault and therefore improves on the response time by our engineer(s).
Each individual breakdown incurs an initial call out charge. 
Any hours spent travelling or on site over and above this will be charged at your agreed hourly rate.
